Lauren Ruth Ebersbach, age 44, passed away on June 5 after waging a courageous and determined battle against cancer for the last eighteen months. Lauren was preceded in death by her father, David Louis Ebersbach, grandparents Ruth and Richard Ebersbach and grandmother Adele Hall. She is survived by her mother, Priscilla Forbes, stepfather, James Forbes, brothers Peter Ebersbach and Kurt Ebersbach, niece Claire Ebersbach and nephew Owen Ebersbach as well as numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. A native of Atlanta, Lauren attended Stephens College for two years to pursue a career in fashion design before deciding to join the nursing profession. During her illness, Lauren received great support from her many long time Atlanta friends, former work associates and many new friends from the Atlanta Outdoor Club. There will be a small gathering of friends and family in commemoration at a date and time to be announced.

    Anytime we were together all of us always had fun ! greatest memory most fun we had was at Hilton Head South Carolina. I remember Lauren , Kirk , pett and I, had so much fun when we got home I was living with our grandmother Ruth and I said the time went by too quickly.
