Jesse Eugene Bridges, Jr. of Atlanta, Georgia died on January 4, 2025.

Jesse Eugene Bridges, Jr. (Gene) was born on January 19, 1943, in Lakeland, Florida. He married Linda Moon in 1966. He is survived by his daughter and son – in- law, Kara Bridges Searcy (Ed), his daughter, Lisa Kathryn Bridges, and his precious grandchildren, Addie Bridges Searcy, Ethan Lott Searcy, and Olivia Susanne Searcy. Gene enjoyed a 50-year long career as a psychotherapist at The Link Counseling Center in Sandy Springs (1974-present). As Gene stated, “His life commitment was to live moving toward a higher consciousness of enlightened and loving living.” Per his request, a graveside service for family will be planned in the near future.
