Helen Vance Wilson

Helen Vance Wilson, age 101 of Gainesville, GA passed away on Thursday, Nov 3, 2022.

Born on September 11, 1921 in Buford GA, her adult life was spent in Athens and Gainesville, GA. Helen’s true passions were growing African violets and knitting. She was a member of the
Atlanta area African violet club and competed in numerous flower shows. In her later years, she was always found with knitting needles in hand and another beautiful sweater in progress.

Helen was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Leroy Wilson. Survived by children, Marianna Wilson, Delia Lunsford and Graham Wilson and grandson, Justin Rodriguez.
