  1. Lisa says:

Goodbye Frenchman. Glad we shared one of the most amazing periods of our time here on earth. We were a lucky bunch of crazy people…sorry I never made it up to see you again. My thoughts and prayers are with you and Barb.

  2. tom cawley says:

there is no one to beat up the airport with now,,,just shadows and peace,,,some birds,,,,but i know we had some fun ,,,i miss you,,tc

  3. Patrick Quinn says:

Uncle Dick, Thank you for all you did for us. You were always there, shared your life with us and made many things possible because of your generosity. I am glad that my children were able to spend as much time with you as they did so that they could get a glimpse of who you were and to understand why I am who I am today. You were the closest thing to a grandfather on my side of the family, thank you for filling that roll. Till I see you again.

  4. Norm Denny says:

    Frenchie;
Great memories of the short time we spent together and the projects and experiences we shared will be permanent reminders of you and Barb until we see each other again. Thanks so much for all you are and all you did.

    Norm Denny

  5. Brenda Denny says:

So many memorable moments…..making doughnuts….building the pool area….the dogfights! You were 1 of a kind…the good kind and a truly unforgettable man. I smile whenever I think of you! Brenda

  7. Ron & Karen Leblanc says:

Hey big brother. Thanks for all the good times. Enjoyed the times we had especially at the Reno Air Races. Loved the dogfights and any flying I did with you.

See you on the other side.

  8. Robert J & Carol M Floriani says:

Frenchie: You were always there for us. You were one of a kind…enjoyed the laughter, cocktails always 5 o’clock somewhere and fun times around the “Barbie”. You’ll fly forever in our memories. A Dieu,
    Bob & Carol

  9. Bill & Toni Marie Hoffer says:

Frenchie was always there for us, whether giving Bill checkrides and flying advice, or with construction help around the house. What a character…..we’ll never forget him!

  10. Farley says:

From day 1, 25 years ago, I knew you were going to be my best friend. You and Barb saved me way more then once. You were that father I never had, the guy who cared about me like a dad. My life is better because you were part of it! I celebrate your life instead of mourning your death! Love ya French Fry,,,,see ya soon!

  11. Denise Emery says:

My friend, my mentor, my brother, my rock. Thank you for loving my sister and thereby loving me. My world was a little bit brighter because of you.

  12. Lisa Letourneau says:

Frenchie, my friend and my second dad……you will always be in my heart. I think of you everyday and am grateful to have had some time on earth to spend with you. My life is better because of it. The years my dad Mr. V! spent in Easley with you were the happiest of his life. Thank you for being such a wonderful friend to him. We will meet again….till then much love. Lisa

  13. David and Geneieve Rodrigues says:

A friend loves at all times. You and Barb were good friends who helped us in cutting the lawn, installing a thermostat, a new kitchen faucet, and the many prayers we shared when you were sick. You will always have a place in our hearts. There is a Friend that sticks closer than a brother…Jesus
    our Savior.
