Kathryn Phillips Pearce age 101 of Alpharetta, Georgia, formerly of Savannah, Georgia passed away Tuesday, November 29, 2022.

She was born September 1, 1921 to the late Octavia and Milton Phillips. Kathryn was preceded in death by her husband of seventy years, Ronald Pearce.

Kathryn is survived by her children Carol Paul of Westfield, New Jersey and Ronald and Nadine Pearce of Alpharetta, Georgia. Also by granddaughters Allison Pearce of Cumming, Georgia, Jennifer and Matthew Martin of Cumming, Georgia, Emily Paul of New York, and Lisa and Jesse Paul Urban of Sutton, Massachusetts. And by great grandchildren John Pearce and Noah Martin, Arthur Pearce, and Annabelle Paul Urban.

She was a member of St. David Episcopal Church where she was an active member of the Daughters of the King. Besides her family and church and many friends she loved quilting, knitting, and working with her flowers. She truly enjoyed a good cup of tea especially when sharing with a friend.

Her service will be held at St. David Episcopal Church in Roswell, Georgia on Saturday, December 10 at 2:00pm. The service will be followed by a reception hosted by the Daughters of the King at the church.

In lieu of flowers donations are appreciated to the Daughters of the King or a charity of your choice.

    I had the privilege of getting to know Ms. Kay when her family hired me to stay with her during the summer. I immediately fell in love with her and enjoyed the time I got to spend with her. She was so sweet and kind and always greeted me with a smile. She loved playing cards and was a real card shark and beat me many times at Kings in the Corner. She will be missed, but I know she has been reunited with her savior, Jesus Christ, and her sweet husband, Ron.
