After teaching Georgia History and coaching both football and baseball and founding THS’s Fellowship of Christian Athletes chapter, Bo obtained his Masters in Education Administration at Georgia State University and went on to become the assistant principal at Tucker High School and then the principal at Cedar Grove High School in Ellenwood, GA. After a 26-year career in education, he retired from Dekalb County Schools in 1995 as principal of McClendon Elementary in Clarkston, GA. Throughout his lifetime Bo served as a role model for others and example of Christian faith and devotion as a husband, father, teacher, coach, administrator, friend, church member, and community member.
