  1. George Fleck says:

I am grateful to have the opportunity to meet him.

  2. Liliane K Baxter says:

My heartfelt condolences to the family at the loss of Art. He was funny and smart, and a devoted docent at the Breman. He shall be greatly missed.

  3. Gayle Lesser says:

Marcia, I saw Art’s obituary in today’s AJC and was deeply saddened. Art took the last photograph of Joe that I have, when he and Betty visited here in the 2011 Christmas season. He was such a fine person, and we so enjoyed your company at the Steins’ house. I’d like to say something here widow-to-widow — the pain and loss are overwhelming and for a long time. I went to a bereavement group for help (at Hospice Atlanta, free and open to the public if you an to call). One of the most profound things said there was that for long as two years your mind really does not accept the death, that you are just waiting for them to come home. My heart goes out to you. 4. Arelis says:

Dear Marcia, I’m so sorry to hear about the loss of your beloved Art. You two were an amazing couple that did so many beautiful things together and individually. Thinking of you during this difficult time, and praying for peaceful thoughts to calm your heart. You are loved by so many. Hope to see you soon.

  5. K. Banks says:

Please accept my condolences for the loss of MR. Gittleman. May Jehovah God help you to bear the burden of your grief at this difficult time. (Psalm 55:22) Warm Regards, Kay
